Executive Personal Assistant (Austin-Based)

Location: Austin, TX
Type: Full-Time (On-site / Hybrid)

Our clients range from entrepreneurs and investors to public figures and private households—each seeking an exceptional, discreet, and solutions-oriented right hand.
As an Executive Personal Assistant placed by Bond, you'll be embedded in the day-to-day life of a demanding, fast-moving principal. The ideal candidate is a highly polished, emotionally intelligent operator who thrives on complex logistics, proactive problem-solving, and wearing multiple hats across business and personal domains.

Key Responsibilities
This is a hybrid, high-impact role that may include responsibilities across five major functions, depending on the client’s specific lifestyle and business needs:

Executive Assistant Duties
  • Optimize calendar, schedule, and commitments for maximum impact
  • Coordinate complex travel logistics, including private and international travel
  • Maintain robust knowledge bases and executive preferences in digital files
  • Oversee public speaking logistics, travel, and event coordination
  • Liaise with client’s direct reports and professional teams
  • Plan professional parties, off-sites, and events
Personal Assistant Duties
  • Oversee and manage household operations and recurring appointments
  • Organize digital and physical files; process incoming mail
  • Coordinate personal errands, diet logistics, and health-related appointments
  • Manage personal assets (e.g., cars, home systems)
  • Hire and oversee service providers (e.g., housekeeper, gardener, handyman, interior designer)
  • Research educational and extracurricular activities for children
  • Provide occasional driving for family/children when needed
  • Support gift-giving and relationship nurturing
Investment Support
  • Coordinate execution and closing of startup investments
  • Process wires and manage investment documentation
  • Help track performance of an extensive investment portfolio
  • Maintain relationships with CEOs and stakeholders in client portfolio
Personal Finance
  • Liaise with tax advisors, financial managers, and accountants
  • Oversee monthly bookkeeping and financial reviews
  • Support personal budget optimization and expense monitoring
  • Identify opportunities to optimize tax strategies
Director of Projects
  • Manage rental or investment properties, including tenants
  • Coordinate occasional real estate purchases or art acquisitions
  • Support planning and logistics for home-based events or gatherings
Ideal Candidate Profile – Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience spanning Personal Assistant and Executive Assistant roles
  • Loyal, with a track record of long tenure and trust in prior roles
  • Combines high intelligence (IQ) with exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Natural caretaker with a service-first mindset
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient in modern productivity tools
  • Reliable, self-managing, and discreet
  • Flexible and adaptable with changing schedules and priorities
  • Comfortable managing and delegating across multiple domains
  • Hustler mentality — figures things out and gets it done
  • Clear and direct communicator, both written and verbal
  • Creative, with strong taste and aesthetic judgment
  • Experienced in managing travel, events, and multi-stakeholder coordination
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort with occasional driving (if needed)
