Who We Are

We’re an experiential marketing agency that specializes in creating dynamic brand experiences that make an impact. We believe these experiences are important moments that can happen anywhere — onsite at an event, online, on a billboard, or across any other channel of a campaign. Audiences are overwhelmed with brands competing for their attention, and it takes true expertise to breakthrough and turn those moments into experiences. That’s where we come in.

As a Women-owned and Employee-owned agency, we’re fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a drive to help brands drive impact in meaningful, memorable ways. We believe in being great, doing good, and having fun while delivering bold, results-driven, award-winning work. With offices in the SF Bay Area, New York, and Chicago, our client partners include some of the most recognizable brands in the world. More than vendors, we’re strategic allies and production-born experts who help brands own every moment with their audiences — wherever they take place.

The Role

We are looking to hire an Executive Producer to lead some of Invision’s largest and most complex programs. In this role, you’ll bring together cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver bold, audience-focused experiences while ensuring financial and creative excellence.

You’ll serve as a senior-level client contact, guiding projects from pitch through execution, managing budgets of any size, and overseeing multiple producers and resources. Reporting to the VP of Experience Delivery, you’ll collaborate with strategy, creative, and client services leaders to ensure every engagement is intentional, inspiring, and flawlessly executed. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative vision, operational rigor, and client trust - and who is eager to set the standard for what great production looks like at Invision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex projects and campaigns from proposal through reconciliation
  • Serve as the senior client contact on scope, budgets, and delivery of the promised audience experience
  • Oversee and mentor producers, ensuring milestones are met across creative and production phases
  • Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and client services on project design and delivery
  • Develop and manage project and proposal budgets; review and approve vendor invoices
  • Build and sustain trusted client relationships beyond individual projects to support future opportunities
  • Facilitate post-project evaluations with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure accurate project documentation, vendor negotiations, and asset archiving

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients view you as a trusted leader who consistently delivers impact and value
  • Teams feel supported and clear on priorities, producing high-quality experiences on time and on budget
  • Projects are executed with operational excellence and creative distinction
  • You strengthen both the client relationship and Invision’s reputation for flawless delivery

You’ll Thrive If You…

  • Have deep expertise in managing budgets of all sizes and negotiating vendor partnerships
  • Communicate effectively at all levels—clients, executives, and cross-functional teams alike
  • Stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure and shifting deadlines
  • Love mentoring others and leading large, multidisciplinary teams
  • Balance creativity with structure, always seeking ways to improve the audience experience
  • Are passionate about creating bold, engaging, and meaningful live and digital experiences

At Invision, this role isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about creating momentum - for our clients, our teams, and the agency as a whole.

Additional Details

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in production or project management with a strong record of leading large-scale programs required.
  • Travel: This role involves heavy travel. All business travel is reimbursed in accordance with federal and state guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we offer a base salary range of $150,000 - $185,000. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and actual offers may differ to account for internal equity and market conditions.

In addition to base pay, Invision provides a comprehensive package that includes multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, company-paid life and disability insurance, and profit-sharing opportunities. As an employee-owned company, eligible employees may also have the opportunity to share in Invision’s long-term success through discretionary ESOP allocations. We support work-life balance and wellbeing with generous paid time off, 12 annual company holidays plus a year-end office closure, a milestone recognition program, and a Family Leave Perks Program to support employees and their loved ones during life’s most important moments.

Inclusion at Invision

At Invision, we believe that diverse perspectives drive stronger outcomes. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute. We never discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
