The ideal candidate brings strong campaign execution, audience strategy expertise, and a values-driven approach aligned to Autodesk’s One ORBIT culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program operations, including data governance, reporting frameworks, workflow design, and systems that enable scalable execution across the Global Executive Engagement portfolio

  • Build and maintain dashboards that surface program performance, pipeline impact, budget pacing, nomination flow, and field participation. Translate insights into clear recommendations that improve effectiveness and resource allocation

  • Partner with Sales and Leadership to ensure visibility, collaboration, and accurate forecasting across executive audience efforts

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, operational, and collaboration skills while modeling Autodesk’s One ORBIT values in every interaction

  • Own field alignment, budget planning, and operational coordination across regions, industries, and customer segments

  • Deliver executive-level reporting and surface insights that improve program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
