The Opportunity

DaVita is not just any company, and this is not your typical recruitment role. We are a community first and a company second. As an Executive Talent Sourcer, you are the proactive engine behind our leadership bench. You will not just find candidates; you will act as a high-impact talent market expert and strategic partner to our Executive Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to identify, engage, and pipeline transformative leaders directly impacts our patients' lives.

The Partnership

Success in this role is built on relationships. You will serve as the strategic sourcing bridge, partnering closely with Executive TA Partners and executive business leaders across the enterprise. You will collaborate to understand complex talent gaps, map the competitive landscape, and build proactive leadership pipelines that align with our long-term organizational health, diversity, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing & Pipelining: Proactively identify and engage high-potential executive talent using multi-channel strategies. Design and drive out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to locate passive, "best and brightest" talent that others miss.
  • Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping: Conduct deep-dive org charting and talent mapping. Collect and synthesize data on competitors' org structures, hiring trends, and compensation to inform search strategies and succession conversations.
  • Consultative Advisory: Serve as a market expert. Present search insights, talent maps, and candidate summaries to ETAPs and hiring managers, bringing a consultative voice and data-driven recommendations to influence sourcing decisions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft highly personalized outreach messaging, acting as the crucial first impression for executive talent. Maintain ongoing relationships with top prospects to build bench strength for critical roles before they even open.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Track and translate analytical data (sourcing effectiveness, response rates, CRM utilization) into actionable strategies that optimize the search process and reduce Time to Fill.

Key Competencies

  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to connect sourcing activities to broader business needs, talent strategy, DEI initiatives, and organizational growth.
  • Market Expertise: Deep business acumen with the ability to quickly learn new business areas, understand industry trends, and navigate complex talent landscapes.
  • Urgency & Accountability: An extreme sense of ownership and the ability to drive momentum in building pipelines for niche, critical executive searches.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of strategic sourcing or recruitment experience, with a strong focus on passive Executive-level (Director+) talent identification within the Healthcare industry.
  • Technical Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, ATS platforms (e.g., Workday), AI sourcing tools, advanced LinkedIn logic, and talent mapping software to build proactive pipelines.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling outreach, summarize candidate profiles, and confidently present market insights to stakeholders.
