Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the MQ-25 team in Mascoutah, IL!
The Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst will work in our fast-paced and dynamic production environment to align the Operations Team with Program Leadership, customer counterparts and cross-functional partners to remove roadblocks and stabilize operations.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria
  • Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provides clear feedback and recommendations based on assessment results
  • Partners with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics that support company initiatives using Lean methodologies and other applicable tools and processes
  • Collaborates at the appropriate organizational level to implement strategies and action plans effectively

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment
  • 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
  • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experience
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experience
  • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
  • Experience using Shipside Action Tracker

Travel:
This position requires travel up to 10% of the time between Mascoutah, IL and Berkeley, MO
Shift:
This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $90,950 - $123,050
