Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced patent attorney to join a growing San Francisco Bay Area law firm. Candidates must have from 1 to 5 years of experience in the intellectual property field (including patent application preparation and prosecution, opinions and client counseling), possess strong writing/analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and a technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering or computer science. Candidates must be registered or eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and should preferably have some portable business.
