Boeing Global Services - Boeing Distribution Inc. (BDI) is looking for an Experienced Product Line Analyst (Level 3) to join our team in Dallas, Texas responsible for working with suppliers on execution of contractual and customer requirements across a portfolio of assigned Distribution Services Agreements.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Assists and participates in managing Engine Manufacturer (OEM) business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
  • Generate and distribute reports to OEM partners, key customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide the Product Line Management team with detailed analysis on customer ordering behavior, fleet and shop visit tracking and forecasts, customer level of service performance, and program adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Own development of various presentations including data collection, analysis, and visualization for OEM business reviews, customer provisioning meetings, and various internal meetings.
  • Job entails mid to high-level data analysis, data mining and presentation preparation to both management and leadership.
  • Work with Program Management, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure fast and accurate responses to customer questions on assigned product lines.
  • Manage customer order board including releasing manually allocated or critical parts and working with functional teams to address issues as needed.
  • Oversee the RMA (return material authorization) approval process for assigned product lines.
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to resolve problems and improve product line performance and services.
  • Gather data to identify areas of risk, issues and improvement opportunities and assists in the development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs.
  • Schedules and organizes meetings, records and distributes meeting minutes, actions taken and agendas, and ensures RAIL or similar documents are up to date.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience working in a multi-functional team environment.
  • Experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement.
  • Experience working within the aviation industry.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: 69,000 - 98,000
