Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking an Experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team in Edwards AFB, CA.
Position Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead the development, coordination, and execution of project and program plans to meet defined objectives
  • Collaborate with U.S. Air Force and internal stakeholders to ensure project plans align with contractual requirements and operational needs
  • Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM), responsible for establishing and maintaining control account baselines including budget, schedule, and technical scope
  • Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and support proposal activities as required
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics; perform cost, schedule, and technical variance analyses
  • Provide timely and transparent communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive timely execution and effective resource allocation
  • Participate in project reviews and internal/external audits to ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Active US Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management of the United States Government (USG), Aerospace and/or Department of Defense (DoD) projects
  • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in a role that required strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance in the past 24 months
  • Project management experience with the U.S. Air Force

Summary Pay Range: $101,150 - $136,650
