Job Description

  • Employment Type: W2 only
  • Compensation: $80–85/hour
  • Duration: Full-time (40 hours/week) through December 31, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented FB Ads Manager to lead paid social initiatives across various client platforms. This role goes beyond campaign setup. You will own strategy, execution, optimization, and cross functional alignment to ensure paid media drives measurable business impact.

You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and cross functional media and analytics teams, to build scalable processes, improve performance, and identify opportunities early.

This is a proactive, high visibility role that requires both big picture thinking and hands on execution.

What You’ll Do

Paid Social Strategy & Execution

  • Develop high level paid social strategies that align with broader marketing and product goals
  • Own end to end campaign execution inside Ads Manager
  • Build and optimize full funnel campaign structures
  • Translate product value propositions into compelling paid social messaging strategies
  • Identify performance risks or errors early and proactively course correct

Campaign Optimization & Performance Management

  • Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance using data driven insights
  • Partner with decision scientists and data science teams to track, measure, and optimize impact
  • Ensure campaigns are structured for scalability and long-term performance

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal media teams to ensure campaigns support broader business objectives
  • Support and influence stakeholders through clear communication, negotiation, and data backed recommendations
  • Ensure paid social strategy integrates across channels, including off platform and emerging channel initiatives

Process & Playbook Development

  • Execute and scale house ad campaigns using existing playbooks
  • Contribute to developing new playbooks for off platform and multi-channel campaigns
  • Establish best practices and repeatable processes within Ads Manager
  • Help strengthen campaign governance and operational rigor across teams

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are strategically structured and aligned to business objectives
  • Performance issues are identified and resolved before they impact results
  • House ad campaigns are launched seamlessly and scaled efficiently
  • Cross channel strategies are clearly defined and operationalized
  • Strong collaboration across media, data science, and product teams
  • Clear, measurable performance improvements driven by data

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands on experience managing paid social campaigns, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
  • Proven experience developing paid social strategy, not just executing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of full funnel performance marketing
  • Experience collaborating with analytics or data science teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional tracking and performance monitoring skills
  • Experience working with large, cross functional marketing or media teams
