Job Title Facets Developer
6 month contract to hire
Remote role . Can be located in any Time Zone but must work EST hours
Pay on w2 max is $55/hour without benefits
Conversion salary target is $120,000 per year
FACETS development experience is key – also must have Angular or React and .NET or full-stack background
Ideally coming from Cognizant or another Health insurance payor like United Health Group, Kaiser Permanente, Centene, etc.

- Leading the development team of 5-6 developers and anything related to enrollment
- Resolve tier 2 application tickets
- Provide input to development team to solve those incidents
Requirements
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Healthcare payer experience a must
- 3+ years of FACETS, FACETS extensions, and Member experience a must and surrounding application areas
- EDI 834 and 820 knowledge
- 3+ years SQL query and debugging, performance improvement experience is an absolute must
Bonus Skills:
- 3+ years hands-on development in Web Technologies – Angularor React, .Net to create RestAPIs very highly preferred (must for now)
- AI assisted coding experience a bonus
