About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facility Maintenance & Cleaning Technician to maintain our facility in excellent working condition. This role combines hands-on repair work with daily cleaning responsibilities to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors.  Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What. You’ll Be Doing:

Facility Maintenance & Repairs - 

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair needs throughout the facility
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues
  • Replace light bulbs, filters, and other consumable items as needed
  • Repair or replace broken fixtures, hardware, and building components
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and tools needed for repairs
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary

Daily Cleaning Duties - 

  • Clean and sanitize all restrooms daily, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors
  • Stock restrooms with paper products, soap, and other supplies
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas and break rooms, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in all common areas

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Previous experience in facility maintenance, handyman work, or janitorial services preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and reaching
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
California pay range
$20$25 USD
