Job Title:            Federal Marketing Specialist

Location:              Remote

Job Summary:

DeleteMe is looking for a Public Sector Marketing Specialist to help coordinate and execute marketing programs supporting our growing Public Sector business across federal, state, and local government.

This is a hands-on marketing generalist role for someone who enjoys bringing programs to life, keeping cross-functional work moving, and adapting great marketing to different audiences. You'll serve as a key connection point between our Public Sector go-to-market team and broader Marketing organization, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and other teams to make sure Public Sector has the campaigns, content, events, and materials it needs to succeed.

You don't need to be a government subject matter expert or come in ready to build a Public Sector marketing strategy from scratch. Instead, we're looking for a strong marketer and project manager who can take existing DeleteMe messaging and programs, thoughtfully adapt them for Public Sector audiences, and coordinate execution from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone early to mid-career who wants broad exposure across marketing while taking meaningful ownership of an important and growing part of DeleteMe's business.

Job Responsibilities:

-Coordinate Public Sector marketing programs across federal, state, and local government, helping translate broader marketing priorities into programs and deliverables that support the Public Sector go-to-market team.
-Adapt existing marketing content and messaging for Public Sector audiences, including one-pagers, presentations, case studies, email campaigns, event materials, and sales collateral.
-Partner closely with Product Marketing to ensure Public Sector messaging and materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with DeleteMe's broader positioning while reducing the need for one-off customization by the PMM team.
-Support Field Marketing and event execution, coordinating DeleteMe's presence at conferences, industry events, dinners, and other Public Sector programs.
-Own event logistics and coordination, including booth preparation, material and swag shipments, vendor coordination, registrations, scheduling, dinner logistics, and on-site support.
-Represent DeleteMe at events and help ensure a polished, consistent experience for prospects, customers, partners, and other attendees.
-Partner with Public Sector Sales and GTM teams to understand upcoming needs, gather requirements, prioritize requests, and coordinate delivery of marketing materials and programs.
-Manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously, establishing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables move from request through completion.
-Identify opportunities to standardize and scale Public Sector marketing materials, reducing repetitive one-off work and creating reusable resources for the GTM organization.
-Track program and event performance and share learnings with Marketing and Public Sector stakeholders to help improve future execution.

Job Requirements:

-A minimum of 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, or similarly fast-moving environment.
-Experience working as a marketing generalist with exposure to multiple areas such as field marketing, events, content, campaigns, product marketing, or sales enablement.
-Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables at once.
-Experience adapting existing messaging and content for different audiences rather than relying exclusively on creating new content from scratch.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
-Experience supporting or executing events, conferences, dinners, webinars, or other field marketing programs.
-A collaborative working style and comfort partnering across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and other GTM teams.
-Ability to take a request that may initially be ambiguous, identify what is needed, and coordinate across the organization to get it done.
-Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and successful execution requires initiative and flexibility.
-Public Sector experience is a plus, but not required. Exposure to government, defense, cybersecurity, or other complex B2B markets can be helpful, but we're primarily looking for a strong marketer who can learn the audience.

What we offer:

  • Comprehensive health benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental

  • 401k matching

  • 20 days paid time off

  • 15 sick days

  • 12 company-paid holidays

  • Childcare expense reimbursement

  • Fitness and cell phone reimbursement

  • Birthday time off

Benefits and eligibility may vary based on role, employment status, and other factors.
