At CollegeVine, we’re on a mission to not only address these challenges, but also unlock new possibilities for operational efficiency, student success, and alumni advancement. We deploy safe AI Agents to drive real outcomes across campus and bring cutting-edge AI to the industry. Hundreds of universities trust us with the important job of communicating, advising, and helping millions of their constituents every single day.

We’re a high–talent-density team building one of the fastest-growing AI startups. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship quickly, and are eager to drive impact.

About the Role

The Field Marketing Lead sits on the Growth Marketing team and acts as a connective partner across Growth, Sales, and cross-functional teams. This role owns the execution and follow-through required to turn field marketing programs into a core growth lever. From large-scale conferences to intimate executive dinners and experiential activations, you’ll lead CollegeVine’s most visible moments in the market.

Field programs are fast-moving and highly collaborative, requiring clear ownership, strong communication, and comfort managing multiple stakeholders. You’ll guide programs from early planning through post-event follow-up, translating sales objectives into revenue-driving experiences.

This is a highly executional role for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, solves problems in real time, and operates with urgency and a test-and-learn mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and deliver creative, elevated event experiences that resonate with higher education stakeholders

  • Own end-to-end execution of field marketing events, from planning and logistics through on-site coordination, post-event engagement, and debriefs, while operating within a defined budget

  • Develop and manage event and production timelines, including roadmaps, prep decks, run-of-show documents, and executive briefings, to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable

  • Create attendee communications and pre- and post-event content that reflect CollegeVine’s brand voice and support strong follow-through

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on goals, targeting, messaging, and execution

  • Partner closely with Sales on outbound and follow-up programs, including persona-based messaging, calls to action, and feedback loops aligned with broader GTM efforts

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend high-impact opportunities such as conferences, speaking engagements, and curated partner or executive events

  • Maintain and improve event experiences, documentation, workflows, and playbooks to turn successful programs into repeatable, scalable GTM motions

  • Continuously test and refine event formats by introducing fresh ideas, learning from competitive research, and thoughtfully applying new tools or processes

  • Interpret performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and next steps

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years of field marketing or event strategy experience with direct ownership of enterprise or high-touch programs (startup or high-growth SaaS experience strongly preferred)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong track record of delivering seamless, memorable experiences in fast-paced environments

  • Calm under pressure, with a solution-oriented mindset and a bias toward action

  • Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle event production, including programming, AV, vendor coordination, on-site logistics, and post-event strategy

  • A creative, continuous-improvement mindset, with a habit of generating fresh ideas and building systems that elevate execution

  • Scrappy and hardworking, with a genuine eagerness to learn—we value hustle and curiosity over technical perfection

  • Willingness and ability to travel for events as needed

  • Preferably based in the NYC metro area

CollegeVine partners with 200+ universities, deploying agentic AI to power campus operations. We have raised venture funding from dedicated investors such as Menlo Ventures (Anthropic, Carta), Silversmith Capital Partners (Webflow, Formstack), Morningside Technology Ventures (Xiaomi, TikTok), and more. In 2020, after years of being a remote-friendly company, CollegeVine became a fully remote company (with a NYC office) with a diverse cast of team members based predominantly in the United States, but also around the world.
