Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Finance and Business Operations Summer MBA Intern who is excited to operate as a high-agency generalist in a startup environment. You’ll work closely with our Finance and Business Operations Lead on priority problems across the company.
This role works cross-functionally with research, engineering, operations, finance, legal, and external partners. There is no single lane, the goal is to add leverage wherever the company most needs it.
What You’ll DoThis is not a narrowly defined role. You’ll contribute across a variety of strategic and operational initiatives, which may include:
- Financial modeling and reporting
- GTM and partnerships
- Data, compute, and infrastructure partnerships
- Internal operations, including metrics reporting, workflow automation, and planning
- High-priority projects as new needs emerge
- Current MBA student; prior experience in operations at a high-growth startup, investment banking, consulting is a strong plus
- Willingness to do anything, paired with strong prioritization instincts
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve your workflows
- Strong analytical and strategic instincts with a bias toward action
- Commercial instincts and basic financial fluency across contracts, pricing, and tradeoffs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- High agency and ownership mindset
- Strong team player

Pay Range
$20,000 for 10 week internship (good-faith estimate for San Francisco Bay Area upon hire; actual offer based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
Internship Dates
June 1st, 2026 - August 7th, 2026
Total Compensation
Base salary plus equity awards and annual performance bonus
