What if your next role let you shape how one of the world's most iconic cities experiences economic opportunity? JPMorganChase's American Dream Initiative is a bold, market-level commitment to expanding pathways for underserved communities — and San Francisco is one of our flagship markets. This is a chance to sit at the intersection of business strategy, community impact, and cross-enterprise collaboration. You'll work with senior leaders across lines of business and functions to turn ambitious goals into disciplined, measurable progress. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity and making things happen through influence, this role was built for you.
As a Vice President, Finance Business Management in the San Francisco American Dream Initiative team, you will lead the day-to-day execution of our integrated market plan — bringing together cross-line-of-business and cross-functional partners around shared priorities, a unified narrative, and a consistent operating cadence. You will build and manage delivery roadmaps, facilitate governance routines, and ensure disciplined progress against milestones and outcomes. This is an opportunity for you to serve as the connective tissue across workstreams, helping us move faster, decide smarter, and deliver with accountability. You'll partner closely with Communications, Legal, Corporate Responsibility, analytics, and strategy teams to align inputs and execute against commitments. If you enjoy turning complexity into clarity and leading through influence in a matrixed environment, we'd love to hear from you.
