We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Enterprise Wireless Systems Business Finance team in Plano, TX or Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will drive strategic decision-making, investments, and value creation across our market-leading portfolio of enterprise wireless technologies. You will partner with executive leadership and serve as a leader and role model within the Finance function. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and may include rotation with the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
What you will do:
• Partner with assigned executive stakeholders to provide timely results and insights that support strategic business objectives• Conduct analysis of investment proposals and key strategic decisions• Continuously enhance analyses to ensure storyline consistency and actionable insights• Coordinate with Finance colleagues to ensure thorough preparation and resource availability• Support various projects and tasks as needed• Develop and mentor a team of agile finance professionals
The skills you bring:
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience• Experience working effectively with senior leadership teams and staff at all levels• Background in enterprise sales and channel environments• Industry experience in networking technologies• Experience leading and developing finance professionals• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field• Proficiency with ERP systems, data analytics tools, planning software, and presentation applications• Experience in scenario modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and developing financial business cases• Proven track record of driving and supporting value creation• Ability to shift seamlessly between detailed financial analysis and strategic, high-level thinking• Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and interpersonal formats, with ability to craft compelling narratives

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is
Santa Clara CA $144,000-189,000
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan : Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
