Finance Change Manager
Rate: $60-65/hr on a W2, Remote 

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years’ experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders in the US, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Change Manager consultant to support critical initiatives within our client’s Finance organization. 

This consultant will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management and communications strategies, partnering closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption, ensure high-quality outcomes, and support successful enterprise-level transformation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support execution of change management activities for finance-related initiatives across corporate accounting, financial services and tax functions
  • Establish change plans impacting finance business functions
  • Conduct and maintain change impact assessments to identify process, role, and system impacts.
  • Develop and maintain communications, training materials, and change documentation tailored to finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with project teams, functional stakeholders, and technical teams to support alignment and business readiness.
  • Create and maintain change deliverables including stakeholder analyses, communication artifacts, training assets, and readiness materials.
  • Support employee readiness activities including surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up actions.
  • Execute communications activities to keep stakeholders informed throughout implementation phases.
  • Support GoLive preparation and post-GoLive stabilization activities to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Provide ongoing operational change support to reinforce adoption and address resistance as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on change management execution experience.
  • Experience leading change for large/complex enterprise system implementations within a finance organization is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to create change deliverables including communications, training materials, and adoption metrics.
  • Strong execution skills within structured change frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams within an established framework.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex changes into clear messaging.

Details of Position:

  • Work Arrangement: Remote
  • $60-65/hr, Consultant, Contract Opportunity on W2
