Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack - CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management with one unified system, consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single platform built for the AI era.
We launched publicly in Feb 2026, are already 65 people, and have strong early product-market fit generating millions in ARR within months of launch. You'll have the chance to both scale our core systems and build new features from 0 to 1.
We've raised $85M in our Series B from Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital, and our founders previously led Brex, Apollo, and Clari.
Come join us if you want to be part of a high autonomy, high pace team reinventing one of the biggest categories in enterprise software.
The roleYou'll be Monaco's first finance hire, owning the function end to end. Today, finance is run by the COO; you'll build it into a real discipline, and scale it as we grow. This role is what you make of it: at minimum, you'll run world-class finance operations for a high-growth startup. For the right person, it's the foundation for leading the function long-term as we scale.
What you'll do
FP&A and runway: budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and board/investor reporting
Pricing and billing: partner with GTM and product leadership on usage-based pricing, revenue metrics, and billing as we scale post-GA
Finance operations: banking, treasury, corporate cards, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and the monthly close (with our external accounting partners)
Fundraising and strategic finance: modeling and diligence support for future rounds; building the data room and metrics infrastructure investors expect
What You'll Bring
6+ years across investment banking and/or strategic finance at a high-growth technology company; you've seen what great looks like at scale and can build toward it from scratch
Exceptional executor, you're hands-on in the model, the close, and the details, not just directing others
Strong commercial instincts; comfortable partnering with founders and GTM on pricing, deals, and unit economics
Thrive in ambiguity and move fast without dropping precision
Low ego, high ownership, you'd rather build the machine than inherit one
Why this role
You'll work directly with a leadership team that has built and scaled category-defining companies before, own a function outright at a critical inflection point, and grow with the company. Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
