About the Role

We launched our first product, Hosted Subgraphs, last year and have onboarded hundreds of customers to the platform, including Zora, Polymarket, POAP, Arweave, Hashflow, NounsDAO, and others. Recently, we began rolling out access to Mirror, an end-to-end data pipeline solution for streaming onchain data directly to an existing off-chain database.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and own our annual financial forecast, including quarterly reforecasts. You'll also track and analyze performance against the budget, providing key insights to the executive team.

• Treasury Management: Manage all treasury functions, including both fiat and non-fiat currencies. This includes cash flow management, liquidity, and oversight of our digital asset treasury.

• Accounting & Oversight: Work closely with our external accounting vendor, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You'll be responsible for standing up an in-house accounting function as we scale.

• Revenue Operations: Design and implement a scalable quote-to-collection process that can handle both traditional and digital asset transactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

• Strategic Initiatives: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support executive decision-making. You will also be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of our software pricing model.

• Prioritization: In a high-growth, ambiguous environment, you will proactively identify and prioritize the most impactful financial initiatives.

We’re excited to talk with you if:

• Skills: Proven expertise in financial forecasting and modeling, treasury management (including digital assets), and revenue operations.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably at a high-growth technology company. Experience working with fiat and non-fiat currencies is a plus.

• Technical Proficiency: You have experience with or can quickly learn tools like Stripe, Quickbooks, Mercury, Integral, and Fireblocks

• Adaptability & Prioritization: You are comfortable thriving in an environment with a significant amount of ambiguity and are adept at prioritizing critical tasks to drive the business forward.

• Leadership Qualities: You are an autonomous and proactive individual who is comfortable being an individual contributor with an eye towards building and managing a team in the future.

• Communication: You are a clear and concise communicator, capable of presenting
