At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential, and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology and careers to the next level.

We are hiring a Finance Manager to lead our Snowflake Investment Program — one of our most strategically important go-to-market initiatives. This program is responsible for allocating product and service investments that accelerate the migration, activation, and growth of workloads on the Snowflake platform. As the financial owner of this program, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics — driving the decisions that shape how and where we invest to win.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own the full financial planning and forecasting lifecycle for the Investment Program, including annual budget recommendations, global and theater-level quarterly targets, and ongoing policy governance

  • Partner with Corporate Finance, Sales leadership, and Sales Operations to establish and communicate investment budgets that align with GTM strategy

  • Run day-to-day program operations: manage submission templates, coordinate investment review meetings, document approvals and action items, and ensure global consistency across regions

  • Build, maintain, and evolve the Investment Program dashboard and supporting AI skills; develop and track KPIs that measure both financial performance and operational health

  • Create and distribute MBR and QBR reporting packages with actionable insights for senior leadership

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across systems, tools, and processes — with a strong bias toward leveraging AI to create efficiencies and scale impact

  • Support the broader GTM Finance team on high-priority projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERTISE:
  • 10+ years of experience in Field Finance, FP&A, GTM Finance, or related roles with a track record in ROI analytics

  • Demonstrated ownership of large, complex, finance-led programs with strong project management discipline

  • Deep familiarity with the end-to-end deal cycle and the operational realities of a high-growth technology company

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and contract management platforms (e.g., Ironclad)

  • Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready reports and presentations

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, and Operations

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERTISE:
  • Experience building or maintaining AI-powered tools, dashboards, or workflow automations in a finance context

  • Familiarity with Snowflake's platform and data products

  • Prior experience operating in a global role with responsibility across multiple theaters or regions

  • Background in investment program governance, deal desk, or commercial operations

WHY JOIN OUR GTM FINANCE TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?

The GTM Finance team partners directly with Sales and Go-to-Market leadership to power the commercial engine of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world. You'll have real ownership, real visibility, and a direct line to the decisions that shape how Snowflake competes and wins. This role is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact program at scale, build with AI tools on the cutting edge, and grow alongside a team that's redefining what finance looks like in the agentic era.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
