Finance Manager, GTM

The opportunity
Join Unity and be part of the FP&A team that serves as a trusted adviser to the business, informing decisions through business partner support and insightful analyses. You will partner closely with all levels, cross-functionally across finance and accounting, to engage in financial planning, strategic analysis, reporting, and operational improvement. You will succeed in this role because you are intellectually curious, analytical, driven, and like solving problems.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as primary Finance Business Partner to the Customer Success & Operations organization; provide support to Create GTM teams.
• Own end-to-end forecasting, planning, close, and budgeting processes for Customer Success & Operations and Sales organizations to ensure investment and resource allocations align with strategic priorities
• Own Create Solutions revenue consolidation and partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Sales Operations to deliver accurate weekly/monthly reporting on financial metrics and key performance indicators.
• Perform ad-hoc projects and financial analysis to support senior management and strategic business decisions
• Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and data streamlining to support our growth and drive efficiencies

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with competing priorities and influence at all levels within the organization
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-aware, and responsive
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and large data manipulation skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
• Experience with financial systems (Adaptive, Workday), Salesforce, and Google Suite
