Requirements
We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of our financial processes. This role is ideal for someone with startup experience who can operate both strategically and tactically.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Partner with leadership to support strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Improve and implement financial processes, systems, and controls
- Support audits, tax filings, and external reporting as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong experience in full-cycle accounting (5-7 years of experience)
- Background working in startup or high-growth environments
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable rolling up sleeves
