Job Purpose and Impact
  • The Finance Master Data Analyst supports the accuracy, security and effective use of the organization's routine data. Under close supervision, this job assists with the development and implementation of policies and supports data quality to ensure compliance with regulations. This job also collaborates with the design of data architecture, supports data literacy and assists technology team and business units to support better decision making, operational efficiency and strategic advantage for the organization.

Key Accountabilities
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING: Assists with the implementation and development of data management and governance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • DATA STORAGE, INTEGRATION & CONSUMPTION: Maintains and supports implementation of standards for data storage, data in transit and data use in both raw and insight formats.
  • DATA STANDARDS: Documents basic data standards to ensure consistency and quality across all data domains, and that policies are followed.
  • DATA QUALITY: Collaborates with the team to ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of data throughout its lifecycle by supporting data quality standards and metrics, and implementing identified corrections while assisting data quality audits as needed to ensure data standards are met.
  • POLICY DEVELOPMENT & GOVERNANCE: Helps implement data governance policies that help maintain data integrity ensuring data practices align with organizational goals, and frameworks that define how data is collected, stored, processed and shared.
  • DATA OPERATIONS & STEWARDSHIP: Performs operational improvements to reduce data quality defects, improve efficiency and speed while maintaining compliance to regulations and policies.
  • DATA LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT: Handles basic data from initiation to decommissioning through the lifecycle to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT: Assists with the implementation of data governance, risk and compliance processes and controls to support continuous improvement, mitigate risk and align with applicable laws and regulations.
  • DATA LITERACY & TRAINING: Supports deployment of training programs to improve organizational literacy, compliance to data standards and policies and increased understanding of accountability for data responsibilities.
  • TECHNOLOGY: Assists with implementation and deployment of sustained solutions to data management and governance technologies to advance data practices for improved compliance, efficiency and value.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English
  • Global team experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, excel, power point, word)
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled at interpreting data & solving problems.
  • Finance knowledge
  • Experience in master data domains and/or Finance.
  • Experience in SAP and/or JDE/OneStream
  • Power BI
  • AI tool -Copilot
