We are seeking a systems-oriented finance professional to lead the finance and accounting parts of our ERP implementation and help scale the company’s financial infrastructure. This role will serve as the primary owner of finance systems, partnering closely with Accounting, Operations, IT, and leadership to improve workflows, automate processes, and build scalable operational foundations across multiple entities and countries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, driving cross-functional projects, and building efficient systems in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead ERP implementation efforts, including configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization for the finance and accounting functions

  • Act as the primary owner of finance systems and related workflows including scenario planning, and building the digital tools, reporting and dashboards.

  • Partner closely with the Controller to improve accounting operations and financial controls

  • Manage integrations across ERP, payroll, procurement, expense management, and reporting systems

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

  • Develop scalable workflows for AP, AR, purchasing, close, and reporting processes

  • Coordinate with external implementation partners and software vendors

  • Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and documentation efforts

  • Support reporting infrastructure and financial data integrity

  • Build process documentation and support audit readiness initiatives with the data migration for ERP implementation and monitoring.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in finance operations, ERP implementation, accounting systems, or business systems

  • Hands-on experience implementing or administering ERP platforms

  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial workflows

  • Experience managing cross-functional implementation projects

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Aerospace, manufacturing, or inventory-based business experience is a plus

For U.K. Roles: To comply with U.K. regulations, this role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks, and successful candidates must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).

For Canada Roles: Successful candidates must obtain and hold a security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
