The Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will join our finance team and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You will work closely with senior finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders. This role focuses on accounting records, help with financial reporting, bank transactions and continuous improvement of financial processes, providing strong exposure to the financial operations of a global product company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the month-end closing activities and related reporting.

  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making.

  • Performing accounting records, bank transactions and support tax compliance activities.

  • Collaborate with teams such as Product, Marketing and Operations to gather data and align financial insights with business goals.

  • Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances and AP balances.

  • Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation activities.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.

  • Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with financial systems or ERPs (such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools) is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
