As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will lead consulting engagements across large organizations, developing business cases and total cost of occupancy models. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire others to deliver quality while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, or Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting engagements

- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate preferred
- Professional certifications such as LEED AP or WELL AP preferred
- Domain knowledge across corporate real estate and facilities management
- Experience in lease administration and capital planning

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
