Writers will work from structured briefs to deliver informative, full-funnel B2B articles targeting multiple business units under a single brand serving senior business leaders, finance teams, and enterprise decision-makers. Content topics include capital access, corporate finance, sustainability reporting, governance-related technology, and adjacent B2B SaaS solutions.
Profile OverviewThe client operates as an internal agency supporting 6–7 business units with B2B financial and SaaS offerings. The content focuses on SEO-driven, top- to bottom-funnel articles crafted to meet strategic growth and visibility goals. Articles often address complex financial, regulatory, or operational concepts and are expected to balance search performance with clarity, accuracy, and credibility for a professional audience. Writers must be comfortable working within a collaborative editorial process and producing long-form content informed by detailed briefs and individual research.

Scope- Project commitment: Approx. 275 total hours of work, to be completed by April 30 (or sooner)
- Article Length: Typically 1,500–2,500 words
- Content Type: SEO-focused,long-form B2B articles covering finance, enterprise SaaS, sustainability, and governance-adjacent topics
- Workflow: Writers receive detailed briefs and collaborate with editors through review cycles, with the expectation of timely revision turnarounds, to meet brand, SEO, and subject-matter standards
- Bylines: Ghostwritten content under client product experts’ names
- Write SEO-optimized content from detailed client briefs, conducting independent research to ensure accuracy and depth
- Translate complex financial or regulatory concepts into clear, authoritative content for a professional B2B audience
- Adapt tone and structure to match client style guide
- Incorporate feedback and revisions within the client editorial workflow
- Collaborate with account managers and editors to ensure on-brand delivery
- Proven experience writing long-form B2B content in finance, enterprise SaaS, governance, sustainability, or adjacent regulated industries
- Experience writing for executive, finance, or senior business audiences (rather than consumer audiences)
- Comfort researching regulatory frameworks, financial concepts, or industry standards without oversimplification or misrepresentation
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Ability to work within structured workflows and templates
- Comfortable ghostwriting for internal stakeholders
- Reliable and deadline-driven
