Scope
  • Project commitment: Approx. 275 total hours of work, to be completed by April 30 (or sooner)
  • Article Length: Typically 1,500–2,500 words
  • Content Type: SEO-focused,long-form B2B articles covering finance, enterprise SaaS, sustainability, and governance-adjacent topics
  • Workflow: Writers receive detailed briefs and collaborate with editors through review cycles, with the expectation of timely revision turnarounds, to meet brand, SEO, and subject-matter standards
  • Bylines: Ghostwritten content under client product experts’ names
Responsibilities
  • Write SEO-optimized content from detailed client briefs, conducting independent research to ensure accuracy and depth
  • Translate complex financial or regulatory concepts into clear, authoritative content for a professional B2B audience
  • Adapt tone and structure to match client style guide
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions within the client editorial workflow
  • Collaborate with account managers and editors to ensure on-brand delivery
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience writing long-form B2B content in finance, enterprise SaaS, governance, sustainability, or adjacent regulated industries
  • Experience writing for executive, finance, or senior business audiences (rather than consumer audiences)
  • Comfort researching regulatory frameworks, financial concepts, or industry standards without oversimplification or misrepresentation
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Ability to work within structured workflows and templates
  • Comfortable ghostwriting for internal stakeholders
