As part of the Data and Analytics - Business Intelligence team you are responsible for leading efforts in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and enhance decision-making. As a Director, you guide and mentor your team, facilitating the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects while maintaining exemplary standards and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations. You play a crucial role in aligning data initiatives with organizational goals, managing data strategy programs, and embracing technology and innovation to improve delivery.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
