Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative II to support members with their financial needs through a combination of service, sales, and operational support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing tailored financial solutions, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist members with consumer and auto loan applications, including processing, closing, and follow-up
  • Build strong member relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate financial products and services (deposit accounts, loans, retirement, and investment services)
  • Achieve individual and team sales and referral goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Perform teller transactions, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and account servicing
  • Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, procedures, and compliance regulations
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of member information at all times
  • Participate in community outreach and business development activities as needed
  • Provide support across branch locations based on business needs

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution or related field, including customer service, cash handling, and loan processing
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency required
  • NMLS certification (or ability to obtain)
