Your Role:
As the Financial System Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Elanco’s financial landscape by serving as a critical OneStream advisor supporting the business in facilitating accurate reporting, analytics and automation for consolidations and financial planning in OneStream. You will be the support to our finance organization helping to design and maintain robust system design that supports our global FP&A and Consolidations processes.
This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of deep financial expertise and technical mastery of OneStream. You will ensure the platform is scalable, efficient, and provides the "single source of truth" necessary for executive decision-making, with a relentless focus on the continuous improvement of our enterprise solution, including the strategic integration of AI and the latest OneStream features.
Your Responsibilities:
- OneStream Strategy: Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of the OneStream platform to support global consolidations, complex financial reporting, and FP&A planning cycles.
- Continuous Improvement & AI Integration: Enable the long-term roadmap for the OneStream enterprise solution, proactively identifying and implementing enhancements, including AI-driven analytics and the latest platform features, to improve system performance, user experience, and business value.
- Process Transformation: Leverage OneStream capabilities to automate and streamline financial close and planning cycles, reducing manual effort and increasing data accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with IT, Accounting, and Business Unit Finance leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Project Management: facilitate large-scale OneStream implementations, upgrades, or marketplace solution deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Industry Leadership: Stay at the forefront of OneStream innovation by evaluating and incorporating new marketplace solutions, AI capabilities, and the latest software releases into Elanco’s financial ecosystem.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance or financial systems roles, with a proven track record in system administration and global consolidations.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of the OneStream platform (including Cube Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Data Management). Experience with SAP integration is highly desirable.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in leveraging AI and Machine Learning to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Leadership: Strong ability to influence without authority and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical financial stakeholders.
