Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or computer engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience developing consumer or commercial products in a fast-paced environment.
- Real world embedded systems experience developing firmware with MCUs, RTOSs, and device drivers for low power devices.
- Strong RTOS experience.
- Experience porting BSPs and SDKs to new chipsets.
- Experience using debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, Wireshark, and BLE Sniffers to diagnose problems.
- Ability to read schematics and debug FW/HW interaction issues.
- Experience reducing power consumption by optimizing code and tracking down microWatts using power analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong C programming experience. Python is a plus.
- WiFi and Bluetooth Low Energy firmware development experience is a plus.
- Cryptography experience is a huge plus.
- This role is a hybrid position, requiring occasional work in the office at the company headquarters in Los Altos, CA (may be up to 3 days per week).
