As the Flagship Trade Coordinator, on a 12 month FTC, you will be at the forefront of bringing campaigns to life, translating creative vision into exceptional in-store experiences that drive both customer engagement and commercial performance. 

 

The Role You Could Play: 
You will act as the critical link between creative strategy and retail execution, ensuring every campaign moment lands with impact across our flagship environment. 

  • Lead the planning and execution of flagship trade activations across key campaign moments  

  • Translate creative concepts into compelling, customer-first retail experiences  

  • Optimise in-store touchpoints including campaign spaces, hotspots, and experiential zones  

  • Analyse performance data to continuously refine and elevate trade outcomes  

  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Retail, VM and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class execution  

  • Support post-campaign evaluation and contribute to continuous improvement of trade playbooks  

 

What You Will Bring: 

  • 1–2 years’ experience, preferably in a retail environment  

  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of customer behaviour  

  • Experience in trade planning, campaign execution, or visual merchandising (preferred)  

  • A data-led approach with the ability to translate insights into action  

  • Strong organisational and project management skills  

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams
