Job Summary

The FLIGHT DECK Coordinator leads the coordination and execution of FLIGHT DECK learning programs that drive adoption of FLIGHT DECK behaviors and fundamentals. This role administers programs end-to-end—planning, logistics, delivery, and sustainment—while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The Coordinator partners closely with the FLIGHT DECK Learning Designers and Capability Development Leader to operationalize learning plans, manage workflows, and respond to internal customer needs with agility and precision. Success requires strong corporate learning and development coordination experience, exceptional organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and effectively manages multiple priorities to deliver impactful results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage FLIGHT DECK learning programs throughout their lifecycle, including planning, logistics, production, delivery, and post-session sustainment
  • Develop, maintain, and improve standard work, templates, and operating cadences to ensure consistency and efficiency across programs
  • Manage session logistics and readiness for virtual and in-person delivery (scheduling, invites/rosters, platforms/rooms, materials, facilitators, vendor coordination)
  • Partner with Learning Designers to prepare facilitator kits, evaluations, and enablement materials; set up offerings in LMS/LXP; manage enrollments and completions
  • Track and maintain program data (attendance, satisfaction, adoption, proficiency indicators); produce reporting and insights to inform continuous improvement
  • Support communications, change management, and stakeholder updates to drive awareness, adoption, and learner experience quality
  • Coordinate meetings and large-scale events; manage vendor relationships and purchasing workflows in alignment with company processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline execution and enhance user experience across learners, facilitators, and stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of professional experience in corporate learning and development or a similar field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint; experience coordinating learning logistics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a matrixed environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset; comfortable managing vendor/external partner coordination

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in a Center of Excellence or matrixed organization, navigating complex structures and processes
  • Excellent communication skills; able to convey information clearly and collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrated success coordinating large-scale programs or events with measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with sourcing and purchase order processing (e.g., SSS) and basic LMS/LXP administration

Travel and Location

  • Location/Work Arrangement: Remote; must be within 40 miles of a major US airport
  • Travel: Up to 50% travel to sites

The base pay range for this position is $77,000-$96,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on February 12th.
