Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Flightline Operations Manager to join 777/x Preflight and Delivery Operations Team on 2nd shift located in Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and motivate employees using best practices and regular employee feedback.
- Ensure air vehicles are completed and certified for airworthiness by overseeing final paint installation, modification, repair, and delivery preparation.
- Interface with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and secure customer acceptance.
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and achieve operational goals for quality, on-time delivery, and cost control.
- Secure resources for projects and processes, provide technical oversight of suppliers, and lead continuous process improvements.
- Oversee and approve technical approaches, process changes, and adoption of lean principles.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork; influence the team to demonstrate Boeing Values and Behaviors.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role
- Willingness to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Possess an A&P or Repairman Certificate or minimum 18 months of practical, hands-on maintenance experience to qualify for an FAA Repairman Certificate in the type of maintenance to be performed
- 3+ years of flight line operations experience & functional test knowledge
- 3+ years of experience with any of the following: avionics, troubleshooting capabilities, functional test knowledge, release, ticket experience, manufacturing, and/or structures
- 3+ years of proficiency using CMES (or similar industry software)
- 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Bachelor's degree or higher
