What You'll Be Doing
As a Floating Administrative Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to some of our leaders within our EPAD (Engineering, Product, Analytics/Data, and Design) Org. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into various teams, ensuring continuity and efficiency in leadership support.
- Act as a trusted business partner, quickly adapting to the needs of different leaders and teams.
- Support leaders with daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Manage internal projects and initiatives, following up to ensure completion and acting as a liaison between leadership and their teams.
- Schedule and attend meetings, capturing clear notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and documentation.
- Aggregate and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with other administrative professionals to maintain alignment and efficiency across leadership teams.
What you should have
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, helping leaders optimize their time.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgment when managing sensitive information.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and quickly ramping up to understand evolving team needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in G-Suite, particularly Google Calendar and Gmail.
- 3+ years of administrative support experience, particularly supporting VP+ level roles.
- Experience with Asana or Notion (or similar project management tools).
- Experience with Lexion, or other similar contract administration services
The US base salary for this temporary full-time position is $132,000/year and will be prorated based on the amount of time served. This position is anticipated to go no later than October 31, 2025, subject to business needs, and is an at-will role.
