Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies—making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures, Page One and Microsoft.

The Role
We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with our customers—bringing technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a builder’s mindset to every engagement. You’ll act as the bridge between customer needs and Stuut’s platform, ensuring each deployment delivers real value while helping shape the future of our product.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Implementations: Manage onboarding from setup through integration and launch for new customers.

  • Integrate & Automate: Own integrations with platforms like Netsuite, SAP, Salesforce, and other ERPs; write scripts, build automations, and develop custom solutions as needed.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales and Customer Success to deliver a seamless technical customer journey.

  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify and fix inefficiencies in our deployment workflows.

  • Influence the Product: Provide real-world feedback to the product team to help shape the roadmap.

  • Support Scale: Build technical documentation and internal tools to make customer deployment faster and easier.

  • Be in the Field: Travel to client sites to meet customers, deploy solutions, and build relationships.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementations Engineer, FDE).

  • Are fluent in Python and skilled with modern integration technologies (APIs, ETL/ELT, enterprise auth).

  • Take ownership and have a bias toward building and improving.

  • Have experience working with sales teams in both pre- and post-sales contexts.

  • Have worked in startups or high-growth environments.

  • (Nice to Have) Experience with AI/ML-powered automation, fintech integrations, developer tools, cloud platforms, or containerization.

Compensation

  • Top-of-market salary and equity package

  • Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)

  • Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you

  • 401(k) & Match

  • Equity
