  • Partner with sales and solutions teams during early-stage client engagements to help shape potential project scopes and solution strategies.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with Atlas delivery capabilities and technical standards.
  • Participate in remote and onsite client engagements to conduct in-depth discovery and assessments when required.
  • Document assessment findings, recommendations, risks, and proposed improvement initiatives in a clear and structured manner.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during client discovery sessions, strategic discussions, and early-stage engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for Atlas Technica services to improve clients’ operational maturity, security posture, and overall technology performance.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices relevant to financial services organizations.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring client challenges and market needs to help strengthen Atlas service offerings, methodologies, and internal playbooks.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, networking, identity platforms, endpoint management, and modern security technologies.
  • Experience conducting technical assessments, infrastructure reviews, security evaluations, or operational maturity assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technology environments and identify practical improvement opportunities.

  • Experience supporting technical discovery, pre-sales engagements, or client advisory work within a consulting, MSP, or professional services environment.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills, including experience producing technical assessment reports, executive summaries, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of modern IT architecture, including hybrid cloud environments, identity security, endpoint management, networking, and security controls.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, solutions, delivery, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for onsite client engagements as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
