Own client deployment of automated Flo agents, including configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and the first 30 days after launch. Build connections with ERP and procure-to-pay platforms, support technical pre-sales, translate customer needs to engineering, and create a repeatable deployment playbook. The role requires expertise in AI-driven agents, automated workflows, APIs, data mapping, SQL, and enterprise procurement or ERP systems. Success includes launching six customers within 30 days each and documenting scalable onboarding processes.
Summary
This role is designed to significantly accelerate the transition from contract execution to the operational launch of automated agents within client environments. By ensuring rapid and successful deployment, the position fosters immediate trust among buyers who require visibility into live systems. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and CTO, the incumbent will be based in the United States as a full-time employee of Spendflo Inc., driving the core value proposition of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration and deployment of Flo agents within client accounts, assuming full ownership of the critical initial 30-day post-launch period.
- Develop and maintain technical integrations connecting to major enterprise resource planning (ERP) and procure-to-pay platforms, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, and Coupa.
- Collaborate with Account Executives during pre-sales engagements to define technical requirements and scope successful deployment strategies.
- Act as a strategic liaison by identifying product limitations and conveying specific customer needs to the engineering team based in Chennai.
- Develop and refine a comprehensive deployment playbook to standardize processes and minimize the need for custom engineering on future projects.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of five years of professional experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or system integration, specifically within the procure-to-pay or ERP sectors, or in an operational capacity within enterprise procurement, finance operations, or financial systems.
- Demonstrate practical expertise in constructing AI-driven agents or automated workflows using platforms such as Claude, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Exhibit strong technical proficiency with APIs, data mapping, and SQL, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow disruptions.
- Be prepared to work on-site alongside customer procurement and finance departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or possess equivalent professional experience.
First 12 months
- Successfully launch six customer deployments, achieving a turnaround time of 30 days or less from contract signature to the first live agent.
- Deliver a fully documented, repeatable deployment playbook to streamline future onboarding processes.
