  • Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to support existing projects and/or provide feedback on the core Tonic.ai platform.

  • Travel up to 25% of time to customer sites.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong engineering background in Computer Science or related field

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role as a Sales Engineer, Technical Customer Success, Software Implementation Consultant or Forward Deployed Engineer.

  • Technical experience in database, data warehouse, data lake, cloud, data catalog, data engineering/pipelines, and BI.

  • Experience integrating applications with third party APIs

  • Solution-oriented mindset capable of integrating Tonic.ai products into a variety of different architectures to produce a myriad of different workflows.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • You're organized, a problem solver, and excel in time management.

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and creative environment where you own your own success.
