About the Role
We are looking for Forward Deployed AI Engineers to join our team and work directly at the intersection of AI engineering and enterprise impact. In this role, you will be embedded with our enterprise clients to help them identify high-value opportunities, redesign workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions that drive real business outcomes. Between client engagements, you will be based out of our Mountain View office, contributing to internal tooling and platform development.
This is a unique and dynamic role that blends deep technical AI engineering with meaningful client-facing work. You are not just building in isolation — you are translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical solutions for some of the world's leading organizations. To thrive here, you will need to be both a strong engineer and someone who can communicate clearly with business stakeholders, understand their challenges, and earn their trust.

Deploy to enterprise client sites for short-term engagements to assess AI opportunities, redesign workflows, and implement AI-powered solutions
Work closely with client teams to understand their business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design AI solutions that drive meaningful impact
Build and deploy AI tools, agents, and automations using the latest models and frameworks
Collaborate with engagement managers and leadership to ensure client engagements are scoped, planned, and delivered effectively
Contribute to internal platform and tooling development between client engagements
Stay current with the latest developments in AI engineering and bring new ideas and approaches back to the team

Strong AI engineering skills — you are proficient building with LLMs, agents, RAG systems, and related technologies
Hands-on experience with tools including Claude Code, Codex, and related AI-assisted development tools
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders
Comfortable with client-facing work and able to navigate enterprise environments professionally
Willingness to travel for short-term client engagements (1-3 weeks at a time)
Problem-solver with a bias for action — you figure things out and get things done
Experience with enterprise software, APIs, and system integrations
Nice to Have
Background in financial services, consulting, or other professional services
Prior experience in a forward deployed, consulting, or solutions engineering role
