Eulerity is a marketing automation platform built for local advertising at scale. It handles the mechanics of running paid media across search, social, display, and video for hundreds of locations at a time.

Our Technical Account Management team owns the strategy behind it. What should be running, why performance moved, and what to do about it. We are hiring a Forward Deployed Marketing Strategist to join them.

The Fast Facts

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
Location: NYC Midtown, 3 days per week in office
AI Tools Budget: Unlimited. Use what makes you sharp.

What You'll Do

  • Own paid media strategy for multi-location and franchise clients, deciding what should run across Google, Meta, and programmatic and configuring it through the Eulerity platform
  • Build durable campaign infrastructure that holds up across hundreds of locations, including tracking and measurement setup
  • Diagnose why performance moved, separating real changes from tracking, attribution, and data pipeline artifacts
  • Investigate when platform output does not match intent, and work with engineering to isolate whether the cause is strategy, configuration, or a bug
  • Present performance, recommendations, and next steps directly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Reconcile numbers across Eulerity, the ad platforms, GA4, and client backends when they disagree, and determine which is right
  • Become a go-to expert in Eulerity's platform to support execution, identify bugs, and guide internal users
  • Lead and participate in new processes, features, and strategy tests

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital media buying in the US market, agency or in-house. You have personally built, launched, and optimized campaigns. Strategy, brand, or account management roles without direct account access do not count.
  • Direct Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager experience. Not oversight of an agency that ran them, not a certification without the work behind it. You should be able to explain what a campaign structure decision does to delivery, and what breaks when it is wrong.
  • GA4 and conversion tracking depth. You have set up conversion actions, debugged a tag firing incorrectly, and reconciled a number that did not match its source.
  • Real spreadsheet skill. Vlookups, pivot tables, and building your own pacing and performance models in Excel or Sheets.
  • Client-facing capability. You have presented performance to a client or business stakeholder and handled the follow-up questions in the room.
  • Skepticism about your own data. When a number looks too good, your first instinct is to verify it rather than report it.
  • Comfort operating through a platform layer. You should be interested in how systems produce the campaigns rather than attached to clicking through a UI yourself.
  • Technical curiosity. You do not need to code, but you should be comfortable reading documentation, following technical instructions, and working alongside engineers. We use AI tooling heavily and expect you to want to get good at it.

Bonus Points For

  • Franchise or multi-location campaign management
  • Experience running campaigns through a bid management, automation, or proprietary platform rather than only native UIs
  • Conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting in Google Tag Manager or Meta Events Manager
  • LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or programmatic
  • Hands-on experience with APIs or light scripting
  • Looker Studio

Additional Requirements

  • In person / hybrid role. Able and willing to come to the NYC office at least 3x / week

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  •  Unlimited PTO
  • In-office lunch stipend and unlimited snacks
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Hybrid model (3x in office per week)
  • Summer Fridays

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
