As our Forward Deployed Process Analyst, you will help translate business and operational requirements into solution design artifacts, future-state process flows, and implementation plans. Every day you will partner with Process Engineers and cross functional teams to support end to end delivery of assigned use cases. To thrive in this role you must have strong critical thinking and solution design skills. 

Here’s what you will experience working as a Forward Deployed Process Analyst: 

  • Work Environment: On-site in Gainesville, Florida, depending on assignment, with up to 75% travel to Gainesville as required by client needs.

  • Conduct current-state assessments, including SOP review and process mapping, to support use case design.

  • Provide operational and technical guidance during implementation, go live, and stabilization phases.

  • Develop stakeholder communication plans and support client-facing discussions.

  • Design or contribute to training and change management plans to drive adoption.

  • Define and maintain KPIs and SLAs for assigned engagements and support steady-state performance tracking.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps; recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Skills: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, enterprise software, or implementation support.

  • Strong problem-solving and solution design skills.

  • Ability to translate operational needs into executable delivery plans.

  • Stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration.

  • Comfort working with data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools.


For this US-based position, the base pay range is $78,610.00 - $195,125.35 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
