Work directly with the CEO to run go-to-market operations: account research, list building, campaign execution, CRM management, end-to-end marketing programs, and sales support to move opportunities with audit and finance leaders at large public companies. Founding-team role with exposure to sales, pricing, hiring, and strategy.
Bead AI is automating SOX testing with AI, providing a clear 300% ROI and reducing testing time by 70%. We have very strong early traction — we're deployed at some of the largest companies in the world, from Fortune 500s to Mag-7 — and are starting to scale.
You’ll handle everything else that keeps an early-stage company moving fast, working directly with the CEO as his force multiplier across go-to-market and operations.
- Own the operational side of our go-to-market: account research and list building, campaign execution, and a clean, actionable CRM
- Run our marketing programs end to end planning, logistics, execution, and the follow-up that turns interest into sales conversations
- Support the CEO across the sales process: preparation, follow-ups, and keeping opportunities moving with audit and finance leaders at large public companies
This is a founding-team role: you take operational weight off the CEO so he can sell and build, and in return you get exposure to every part of the company — sales calls, pricing, hiring, strategy.
- 1–3 years into your career — startup, consulting, banking, ops, or something less conventional where you clearly outperformed
- AI-native: you use AI daily, you've automated real parts of your work or life, and you reach for an AI tool before a manual process every time (no coding required)
- Relentlessly organized and high-agency: many threads at once, loops closed without being chased
- A crisp writer. Much of this job is written communication with senior profressionals
- Comfortable with ambiguity: priorities change weekly, the processes you need often don't exist until you build them
- Want a front-row seat to every function of an early-stage AI company, working directly with the founders every day
- Get satisfaction from making things run — and then automating them so they run without you
- Would like to move with the team to San Francisco for ~3 months in the fall 2026, with a potential path to staying longer
- See "not my job" as a phrase that doesn't exist on a founding team
This won't be the right role if you
- Don't want an execution-heavy role
- Need structure handed to you or a manager who checks in daily
- Prefer staying inside a defined lane
- Don't currently have the right to work in the UK
- Compensation depends on the experience
- Full medical insurance
- An unrestricted AI tooling budget. We want you using the best tools available
- In-person work from our London office, directly with the founding team. Then San Francisco with us in fall 2026
- Real ownership from week one and a clear conversation from day one about what this role becomes as we scale
