Work closely with founders to build and run the marketing engine, create content (white papers, case studies, videos, LinkedIn), support strategic founder projects and investor/client communications, recruit and scale the India office, build internal planning/reporting systems, and deliver market and competitive insights with Product and Data teams.
We’re building the next generation of conversational voice and video AI for life sciences—intelligent with 100% regulatory compliance. Our AI medical experts help pharma teams engage doctors, support patients, and unlock insights faster than ever before. We’ve just raised our seed, signed our first customers, and are scaling fast. If you're excited about building real-world AI in an early stage startup and shape not just our product, but our identity and culture —this is your moment.
We move like owners. Everyone at SynthioLabs has the autonomy and the responsibility to drive projects, challenge decisions, and push things forward. We don’t wait for permission. If you see a gap, you fill it. If you see a better way, you try it.
We ask “why” until we get to the root. We explore new ideas, research papers, every single edge case and anything that sharpens our understanding.
We use AI like a second brain. From writing code to writing docs, debugging flows to exploring new ideas, AI is part of our daily rhythm. Everyone here gets hands-on with the tools, learns how to prompt better, and treats AI as a teammate.
We’re looking for a Founders Office Associate who can think strategically and execute quickly. You’ll help build and run SynthioLabs’ marketing engine, support the founders with scaling operations, and play a key role in growing the India office.
This role combines strategy, content, and execution. It’s ideal for someone with a consulting or startup background who wants to work closely with the founders across product, marketing, and operations in a fast-moving AI company.
- Lead SynthioLabs’ content and marketing efforts, including white papers, case studies, videos, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure all materials align with product launches, events, and client milestones.
- Work with design, video, and product teams to create high-quality storytelling content.
- Track engagement metrics and continuously improve performance.
- Support the founders with strategic projects, client proposals, and investor communications.
- Prepare decks, briefs, and reports for key meetings.
- Manage follow-ups and ensure smooth execution of high-priority initiatives.
- Help recruit, onboard, and manage talent across marketing, design, and operations in India.
- Build internal systems for planning, reporting, and coordination between US and India teams.
- Support process improvements across product, client delivery, and leadership operations.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses in AI, pharma, and SaaS.
- Work with the Product and Data teams to turn insights into client-ready materials.
- Support the creation of ROI models and impact stories for brand and client presentations.
- 0–2 years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or in a strategy, VC, or startup role.
- Experience or interest in AI, SaaS, or healthcare marketing.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and engaging content.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and closely with founders.
- Work directly with founders scaling a Y Combinator-backed AI company partnering with global pharma clients.
- Shape the company’s marketing and operations foundation from the ground up.
- Join a high-trust, high-autonomy culture where your work has visible impact.
