We’re coming off of several of our strongest quarters in company history and need help managing a large volume of opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver on recurring revenue targets
  • Independently build pipeline and generate opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to assess new channels and motions
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to communicate customer signals from the sales pipeline

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience

Bonus

  • Experience in People Operations or HR technology
  • Startup experience, particularly as an early GTM employee

On Target Earnings (50/50 salary commission split) Range: $200,000-$250,000

You will also be eligible for equity compensation in the form of stock options.

About Aeqium

Aeqium is on a mission to build the HCM software for the agentic era. Businesses spend millions on legacy systems to manage their employee data, only to spend millions more on consultants to implement and maintain them, often giving up and using spreadsheets for critical business workflows. Aeqium is the first HCM platform that is directly responsive to its users by providing AI agents that do the implementation work, so that HR leaders can focus on the strategy. We’ve built our foothold in enterprise compensation planning and have our sights set on expanding across the enterprise HCM ecosystem. We’re trusted by enterprises across industries including PwC, IFS, Klaviyo, and Chime.

Our team has significant experience building products and scaling companies, from product-market fit through acquisition/IPO. We're backed by strong VCs and experienced angels. Most importantly, we've experienced the problem that we're solving firsthand and understand it inside and out.

We’re located in SF and NYC and you should expect to work a couple days per week in the office.
