Our mission is to automate knowledge work. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for teams to build agents.

Sim is talent-dense. We're looking for special people who are mission-driven, passionate, and creative.

About the Role

You'll be our first sales hire. Engineering and IT teams, from startups to Rivian and Volkswagen, are already building on Sim. Your job is to turn that pull into a repeatable motion: find the teams who need us, show them what's possible, and close them.

You may be a fit if

• You've been an early or founding rep and closed real deals before the playbook existed.

• You're technical enough to earn the trust of engineers and IT leaders and demo the product yourself.

Compensation

$150K–$180K base / $300K–$350K OTE (50/50, uncapped) plus 0.15%–0.5% equity.

Applying

If there appears to be a fit, we'll reach out to schedule a few short conversations. After, we'll schedule an onsite in our office, where you'll work through a live scenario, discuss ideas, and meet the team.

Equal Opportunity

Sim is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
