Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy.

With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hit aggressive revenue targets: Own quota and forecast accuracy for six‑ and seven‑figure ACV deals for mid-market and enterprise service companies.

  • Architect GTM playbooks: Design outbound cadences, event strategies, and partner motions that scale beyond founder‑led selling.

  • Prospect with precision: Map power structures, craft the perfect cold-email, and build multi‑threaded relationships that survive procurement drag.

  • Translate AI to ROI: Demo our AI revenue engine in the customer's language—showing measurable uplift in revenue and booked jobs—not tech jargon.

  • Run complex cycles: Navigate legal, security, and integration hurdles; drive pilots to production, then land‑and‑expand, taking full ownership.

  • Close the feedback loop: Feed market insights back to product and engineering so we ship the features that unblock larger contracts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Enterprise sales pedigree: 3+ years selling technical software to mid-market or enterprise, with multi‑stakeholder sign‑off.

  • AI / data fluency: Comfortable explaining AI workflows, API integrations, and related concepts with both CTOs and operators.

  • Founder‑level grit: Proven record of building pipeline from zero, crafting materials, and iterating the pitch without enablement hand‑holding.

  • In‑person gravitas: Eager to travel regularly to spend time onsite with customers.

  • Vertical intuition: Experience selling into operationally intense service industries preferred.

What brings us together is our commitment to:

  • Live to build

  • Run through walls and win

  • Obsess over customers in each line of code

  • Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"

  • Show internal locus of control

  • Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship
