Despite decades of innovation, the promise of fully automated testing has remained elusive, still requiring significant human intervention. Now, as AI coding tools dramatically accelerate code output, they're generating bugs faster than traditional testing methods can catch them.

Enter Momentic: We’re building the definitive verification layer for software, an AI-native testing platform for modern development teams. Customers like Notion, Bilt, Quora, and Xero already use Momentic to ship high quality product. Millions of Momentic tests are executed every single day.

Become a Founding AE, Mid-Market at Momentic

The product
  • Incredibly sticky: Our customers run us on every pull request and merge and before each deploy as quality gates

  • Leagues ahead of competitors and the status quo today (think Selenium/Cypress/Playwright). We have an impressively high POC conversion rate

  • Check out the demo video on our website

What you'll do
  • Source and pursue opportunities through strategic outbound while owning and building our inbound pipeline motion from the ground up.

  • Own deal cycles from discovery through close, leading negotiations, handling objections, and moving contracts forward.

  • Create tailored presentations and proposals that speak to customer pain points, partnering with marketing to generate and accelerate pipeline.

  • Help shape how we sell. As an early GTM hire, you'll have real influence over our sales motion, playbooks, and processes.

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and close feedback loops between customers and our builders.

What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing a large volume of accounts.

  • Experience managing an aggressive quota and running end-to-end complex 5-figure ACV deals.

  • Proven track record of identifying and targeting potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through POC, partnering with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive customer success.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
