Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand operational pain points and translate them into product solutions
- Prototype and develop new features, including hands-on coding where needed
- Own customer implementations from onboarding to rollout and training
- Convert learnings from deployments into scalable product improvements and processes
- Coordinate with engineers, IT teams, and senior stakeholders
- Work directly with founders on product strategy and company growth initiatives
Requirements
- Strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus
- Interest in product design, UX, automation, and scalable systems
- Ability to combine technical depth with customer-facing confidence
- Strong communication skills across shop-floor to executive level stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment
