Process

We don't test brain teasers so there's no point of cheating the interview. Just be yourself.

We don’t believe in the conventional interview process – we believe it delivers minimal signals and fails to truly capture a builder’s potential. That’s why we’ve designed a process that values what you can build over what you can say.

Here’s How It Works:

  1. 2 - 3 Rounds of Video Chats – No Leetcode. No brainteasers. Just real conversations.

    1. 1-2 Technical Round - be yourself.

    2. 1 Behavior Round

  2. Your Story Matters – We care about what you’ve built before and the impact you’ve made.

  3. Paid Work Trial (4-5 Days) – If the fit feels right, you’ll dive right in and build with us. Get paid to show your skills in action.

What We Value:

  1. Hackers, Builders, and Doers – If you live to create, solve problems, and push boundaries, you’ll feel right at home.

  2. Your Craft and Passion – Not just words, but what you can build. We’re looking for creators who bring ideas to life.

  3. Challengers of the Norm – We believe in a better way to hire. If you’re bold enough to help us build it, let’s talk.

💡 No Buzzwords. No Pretenses. Just Building. If you’re ready to break the mold and build something extraordinary, join us and let’s redefine the future of hiring – together.
